We offer a number of web site service plans that can fit your needs. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Web Site Service Plans Details
Basic Maintenance Plan - $480 per year
- One-hour of our work per month
- Quarterly payment can be arranged
Standard Maintenance Plan - $840 per year
- Two-hours of our work per month
- Quarterly payment can be arranged
Deluxe Maintenance Plan - $1440 per year
- Four-hours of our work per month
- Quarterly payment can be arranged
Note: Hours that are not used in one month are not rolled over to the next month, nor are they accumulated over a period of time.
What’s included . . .
- Update existing webpages on your web site with new info.
- Update, repair and/or delete outdated or broken links.
- Add, edit or delete email accounts.
What’s not included . . .
- Web site redesign or creating and adding new pages.
- Adding third-party scripts.
- Search engine optimization or submission.
Note: Support for post-deployment changes to the customer’s web site and performed by third-parties other than LittleGray Designs will be invoiced at our Per Incident Plan rate.
Need an Alternative?
Maybe you do not wish to sign-up for a support plan, but would like a change done on the fly. For that reason we offer a "Per Incident Plan." We charge by the hourly rate and you are not tied to a long-term support plan.
Per Incident Plan - $45.00 per hour
- Our hourly-rate is $45.00 per hour.
- Billed in 15-minute increments.
- Our work is invoiced on a monthly basis.
- You provide us the material required for updates.
